After working in the hospitality industry for 15 years, while simultaneously figuring out what kind of creative I am, I’ve figured out a way to combine a few of the things I love into a magazine like no other!
I wanted something for the black service workers and hospitality industry professionals. Something for the black chef or the black farmer that’s just starting out or maybe has years in the game. Something for the black historians and black children to read through and learn something from. A place where the contributions we have made to hospitality and paved ways in the culinary field as a whole are recognized.
I wanted this to be a cross between a magazine and a coffee table book. Something visual, yet educational. And I hope it brings a little life and knowledge into your home/collection.
